VCCAR Member and MLS Agreement

By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® (VCCAR), and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. If VCMLS subscription is held, I also agree to abide by the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) Rules and Policies), as amended from time to time. I also affirm that the information provided herein is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, can be grounds for revocation of my membership.

I understand that this is a legal agreement between VCCAR and me, and if indicated, between VCMLS and me. This Agreement shall continue until terminated by VCCAR or VCMLS, as applicable, for my breach of the Agreement, including, for example, my failure to pay fees, attend required classes, or abide by the VCCAR or VCMLS rules and regulations, as applicable. VCCAR and VCMLS reserve the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice by posting updates or changes to vcrealtors.com. I understand that my continued use of or access to VCCAR and VCMLS services following the posting of any changes constitutes my acceptance of those changes.

REALTOR® and Affiliate Members of Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS®, MLS only subscribers, and other persons authorized to access listed properties are responsible to know and follow all lockbox, eKey, and electronic Key Box rules, and policies. Failure to abide by VCCAR lockbox and eKey/Key Box requirements will result in fines and may also violate MLS rules, NAR Code of Ethics, and California License Law.

Furthermore, by submitting this application, I understand that the annual membership renewal for VCCAR, C.A.R., and NAR is due the first week in January, the exact date may vary each year (see current year’s billing communications). I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to pay dues in a timely manner, whether or not a mailed bill or an e-bill was received; and that I will be asked to pay a late fee and/or reinstatement fee after the due date if membership/subscription has not been renewed by that date. MLS, REALTOR® local, state, and national dues and fees are non-refundable.
