LockBox Exchange: Getting You Set-Up

Join VCCAR and SentriLock at our LockBox exchange event. View the details below.

Dates: Tuesday, June 23rd – Thursday, June 25th
Times: 9:00am to 4:00pm, each day
Location: Holiday Inn Oxnard, 600 E. Esplanade Dr. Oxnard, CA 93036

No appointment is necessary, and there is no cost for the exchange. Lockboxes will be exchanged on a one-for-one basis, and VCCAR staff along with SentriLock representatives will be on-site to assist members, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the transition process.

When will this transition take place?

The lockbox echange will take place June 23rd through June 25th, 2026. Your current Supra access through VCCAR will remain active until July 31st, 2026.

Where do I exchange my lockboxes?

The exchange will be held at:

Holiday Inn Oxnard, by the towers.

June 23rd to June 25th
9:00am to 4:00pm

No appointment is necessary—simply stop by during exchange hours.

Educational training courses will be held every hour at the top of the hour.

How do I activate my SentriLock Account?

Watch your inbox for an activation email from SentriLock. Activation emails are sent every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until your account has been activated.

What happens after I activate my account?

Once your account is activated, you will stop receiving reminder emails and can begin setting up and using the SentriLock system.

How does the LockBox exchange work?

Lockboxes will be exchanged on a one-for-one basis. Bring your current lockboxes to the exchange event, and they will be replaced with SentriLock lockboxes. There is no cost to exchange your lockboxes. Every additional lockbox that you purchase will cost $120 plus tax.

What if I can't attend the exchange event?

If you’re unable to attend June 23–25, you can exchange your lockboxes at the VCCAR office after the event. Additional training and educational resources will also be available online.

What if I need to access a property in an area that still uses Supra?

Some neighboring associations may continue using Supra. In those cases, you may need to coordinate access directly with the listing agent. Supra is expected to continue offering one-time access solutions for participating markets.

Which nearby markets use SentriLock?

Santa Barbara and Ojai are already using SentriLock. Other surrounding associations may continue using Supra during this transition period.

Can I provide access to inspectors, photographers, or contractors?

Yes. SentriLock offers a one-time access code feature that allows authorized individuals, such as inspectors, contractors, photographers, and other service providers, to access a property without requiring the agent to be present.

When is the last day to make the transition?

The last day to make the transition to SentriLock is July 31st. You can visit the VCCAR office to switch out your lockboxes.

Where can I find updates and additional information?

The VCCAR SentriLock Information Hub will serve as the central location for updates, FAQs, important dates, training opportunities, exchange details, and transition resources. Be sure to check the page regularly for the latest information.

June 16, 2026

We are currently on track for our Exchange event on June 23rd, 24th and 25th. If you have not already please check your email for the training registration link from Sentrilock and register for your day of training during the Sentrilock Exchange event. Look for an email with the subject (Sentrilock LLC). Once you are registered please show up for your training time and bring with you all of your Supra Lockboxes (BT LE) models under your name and in our region. You will be able to exchange your Supra boxes at a 1 to 1 swap for your new Sentrilock Boxes at no charge. We look forward to seeing you soon!
