Introducing Cami Pinsak, a highly respected instructor at the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® (VCCAR). With a lifetime of customer service experience, Cami brings a unique approach to Realty One Group Summit, its agents, and clients. Her focus is always on the quality of each transaction, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients.
Cami is a true expert in short sales, with over 6 years of experience and an almost perfect success rate. She and her team have helped countless distressed homeowners navigate this complex process, closing hundreds of successful short sales.
Born in Berlin, Germany, Cami moved to Northern California at a young age and has since traveled the world, meeting people from all walks of life. She is married and has two daughters, one in high school and one in college.
As a REALTOR®, broker/owner, and C.A.R. Director, Cami is passionate about giving back to her community and sharing her expertise with others. She is a C.A.R. Certified Forms Trainer and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, making her a valuable resource for any real estate professional looking to take their skills to the next level.
With her upcoming role as VCCAR President-Elect, Cami is thrilled to be a part of Realty ONE Group’s Agent-Centric focus and excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the Gold Coast. Jeffrey Wyttenbach
Jeffrey Wyttenbach is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background spanning military service and the mortgage industry. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Jeffrey joined the United States Navy at 18 in 2001, starting his career as a Seabee. Throughout his 20-year tenure, he served in various locations worldwide, demonstrating exceptional leadership, knowledge, skills, and proven abilities.
During his time in the Navy, Jeffrey spent a significant portion of his career in Port Hueneme, California. From 2012 to 2017, he was Operations Chief/Manager at Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Three, where he managed and oversaw complex construction projects. Later, from 2017 to 2021, he served as the Builder Course Manager & Instructor at the Naval Construction Training Center in Port Hueneme, California. In this role, he was responsible for training and educating fellow Navy personnel in construction-related skills, imparting his expertise and experience to the next generation of builders.
In addition to his military service, Jeffrey pursued an opportunity for an internship at a mortgage company before his retirement in October 2021. Through this experience, he obtained his mortgage license. He developed a passion for educating Realtors on the VA loan and guiding Veterans in understanding and utilizing their earned benefits.
Jeffrey resides in Ventura, California, as a U Mortgage/Branch Manager. In this capacity, he ensures proper compliance with all loan operations for U Mortgage Oxnard. He manages the daily operations, providing clear and effective communication to clients and agents. He is deeply committed to helping others navigate the complexities of the mortgage industry and make informed decisions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeffrey is happily married to Carmen Wyttenbach, and they have two sons, aged 9 and 11. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and is dedicated to their well-being and happiness.
Jeffrey has been recognized and honored throughout his career for his outstanding military service and contributions to humanitarian efforts and community service. He holds an active DoD Secret Security Clearance, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
As Chief Petty Officer, USN (Ret.), Jeffrey Wyttenbach’s wealth of experience, leadership, and dedication make him a valuable asset in both the mortgage industry and his ongoing mission to educate Realtors and Veterans about the VA loan and their earned benefits.
Janet Sprissler is an experienced real estate instructor at the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® (VCCAR). She brings over two decades of experience to the classroom, having worked as a property manager, general manager, and mentor in the real estate industry. As a property manager at Pinnacle Management Assets, Janet oversaw a 191-garden style complex and a 240-unit, 2-building high rise. While at these properties, she focused on creating a positive resident experience, increasing occupancy rates, and improving the properties’ ROI.
Janet is an expert in innovative thinking, value-add marketing, and developing strong teams. She has a track record of turning delinquency rates into less than 3%, turning renewals from 20% to 55%, and achieving over 9% rent growth year-over-year. Her expertise in property management earned her several awards, including the 2014 Pinnacle’s Year-Over-Year NOI award for 32% growth, the Community Pillar of Excellence award in 2009, and the People Pillar of Excellence award in 2010.
Janet is also an accomplished mentor and trainer, serving as a JPI Corporate trainer and a Greystar mentoring coach. She received the JPI Spirit Award of Excellence in 2008. She was recognized for her community contributions with the Community Pillar of Excellence award in 2009.
Janet’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry make her an invaluable asset to the VCCAR community. She is committed to sharing her expertise with others and helping real estate professionals succeed in their careers and achieve their goals.
