The VCCAR Leadership Academy is a fantastic opportunity for California REALTORS® looking to enhance their leadership skills. Our mission is to develop leaders from all backgrounds and provide the resources to make a difference in professional, personal, and civic areas of interest.

Our program is the key to preparing the next generation of California REALTORS® to overcome future challenges.
Program Criteria and Application Process
Interested candidates must complete and submit an online application. Our Leadership Academy Work Group will contact applicants who meet the criteria for a personal interview.
I am so thankful to have been a part of the VCCAR Leadership Academy. The personal and professional growth I have experienced is beyond my original expectations, and they were high! I have definitely grown as an individual through this opportunity and my clients and community will surly benefit.
Applicant Criteria
- A REALTOR® must have at least 18 months of experience as a REALTOR® and be a member in good standing with VCCAR. An Affiliate must have been a VCCAR member for the past 18 months and be in good standing with VCCAR.
- The Leadership Academy Runs from March 13 to May 13, 2025
- Our nine-week program includes seminars, guest speakers, group discussions, and leadership exercises that tackle vital issues affecting California REALTORS®. We encourage participation and discussion from all attendees and are committed to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in our program.
- Limited Number of Participants, but Big Opportunities Await
- We only accept a limited number of participants, seven (7) REALTORS® and one (1) Affiliate per year, so make sure you apply today. You must attend all sessions; a single absence will result in forfeiting your spot in the program.
