Class and Event Registration and Refund Policy

We encourage you to register for a course at least two (2) days prior to the class or event date so we can prepare for your participation. Certain events may require an extended registration window, which will be noted on the registration page.

We understand that schedules change, and you may need to cancel a registration. Paid classes and events can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours before the class or event. No refunds will be issued past cancelation deadline. Please note that events with extended registration windows may have different refund deadlines; those will be clearly indicated on the registration page.

Failure to cancel registration for free classes and/or events will result in a $25 no-show penalty being added to the account.

If for any reason the class or event is canceled by VCCAR, you may receive a full refund or transfer to a new date it is being offered.

Walk ins are not permitted, unless noted on the class/event advertisement or registration.
