IV. Trial Schedule

The trial will commence with opening arguments on Tuesday, October 17. It is anticipated to run through November 3, with the verdict expected during the week of November 6.

Some members have expressed curiosity about the recent settlements involving Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy) and RE/MAX. It is crucial to understand that these settlements do not alter the presentation of our case in court. Our commitment remains unwavering in demonstrating that NAR’s guidance for local MLS broker marketplaces ensures consumers receive comprehensive, equitable, and reliable home information. Furthermore, we assert that brokerages of all sizes, service levels, and pricing models are afforded a fair opportunity to compete. As a reminder, NAR membership has always been optional, and this aspect remains unchanged. Nevertheless, it underscores the importance of our collective effort to communicate and deliver the genuine value of REALTOR® membership.
