In Part 1, “Building Your Business and Demonstrating Your Value,” you will learn the essential skills necessary to build your business, develop a business plan, and apply proven strategies to market yourself and your business. This includes understanding your target market, identifying your unique value proposition, and creating a marketing strategy to effectively reach potential clients. You will also learn about financial management, CRM databases, target marketing, building spheres, converting leads, and time management.

This includes understanding Fair Housing, the difference between clients and customers, converting prospects into buyers, buyer agreements and securing loyalty, buyer counseling presentation, and navigating the paperwork.

You will also learn about lead conversion, do not call legislation, and how to provide an elevated level of professional service while strictly adhering to Statutory law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
